Zero-X – Weight Loss System
We all know it, after a while you get some pounds on your rips and feel fat and unattractive.
I’ve tried many diets and weight loss programs, even some weight-loss pills. The biggest problem was that after stopping taking them, your old weight is back within a few weeks.
Body-building on other side takes consumes much of your free time and takes long until you see some improvements.
Over the time i tried many programs and they either haven’t worked or the weight came back after stopping it.
That’s until I’ve read about an University study which confirms that you don’t need to do exercises in order to lose weight.
The study found figured out that calorie intake is much more important to successful weight-loss than calories by burning it down with exercises.
While exercises may be important if you want to have a nice body, that’s much more than most woman really want. Most want just to lose a few pounds.
A normal person burns like 2.500-3.000 calories daily. The key to weight loss is not to burn that many calories. Instead, the key is to take less calories. For example 1.500-2.000 calories.
When I hear people complaining how they can't lose weight even though they are in the gym 7 days a week, I get mad. I get mad, because they have been brain-washed into believing that in order to burn fat they must kill themselves doing exercise. The fact is, in 2008 a study confirmed that calorie intake is more important with respect to weight loss that the amount of calories burned during exercise.
Exercise has many benefits, according to one of the doctors in the study, but is not a key component in a weight loss program. To lose one pound of fat it takes hours and hours of exercise because one pound is equal to 3,500 calories and doing aerobics for hours only burns a few hundred calories!
Instead of listening to hearsay, look to science. If science can send a rover to mars, we can't figure a better way to burn fat? We must exercise to lose weight is absolutely not true and science confirmed it. The above mentioned study was done by several universities working together and they concluded there was no direct correlation between weight loss and the amount calories burned during exercise.
Science has clearly agreed that calorie restriction is superior to exercise when it comes to weight loss. True, exercise plus diet is the best combo, but you don't need exercise to lose weight. University studies prove it and Scientific America agrees. For example, Richard Cooper, PhD a doctor involved in the study says that weight loss is not one of the main benefits of exercise and that when we exercise we do burn calories but then we reward ourselves by eating more food, thus exercise alone does not seem to have a positive effect on weight loss.
Another doctor also involved in the study concluded that without a restriction on calorie intake, weight loss probably won't occur. Why keep spinning your wheels when science has hit the jackpot.
I’ve tried it over the last few months and I have to say it works! But it’s a very slow process, much slower than some of the pill or fast-weight-loss-diets.
It’s just about 1-2 pounds/week, but after a while you will notice the difference!
But the best is, you don’t have to take some pills. And there won’t be a yoyo effect.
